Our security and business continuity policies, approved by the Board of Directors, are designed to keep pace with evolving regulations and reflect the best practices in the industry.
We would also like to share a few important tips that can help you identify communications attempting to impersonate Draycott or fraudulent messages from third parties claiming to represent Draycott:
• Official email domain: all emails you receive from Draycott are sent from the domain draycott.pt. Be alert to possible impersonations e.g.,(…)@draycott.com; (…)@drayscott.pt; (…)@draycot.com; (…)@draycot.pt; (…)@draycot.eu; (…)@drayscot.pt; (…)@grayscott.pt; (…)@grayscot.com. These are all examples of fraudulent addresses attempting to imitate Draycott.
• Messaging platforms: Draycott does not use WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn or similar messaging platforms to offer investment products, bonuses, wealth growth programs, or any other financial services.
• Access to digital services: all applications, portals, and websites intended for our investors are accessible through Draycott’s corporate website. Be cautious of any service not explicitly listed there, or shared via instant messaging (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal) or social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X). Always verify that the website address belongs to the draycott.ptdomain and avoid clicking shortened or suspicious links.
• Secure communication: Draycott will never contact you through instant messaging applications, nor will we request confidential or personal information through unsecured channels.
• General cautionary measures: if you receive any suspicious communication through any of these means in the name of Draycott, please do not take any action before confirming its authenticity with us. In particular, do not open any email, click on links, enter any credentials, download any attachments that may be included in these communications.
• Phone verification: if you receive a phone call claiming to be from Draycott and are asked to provide or confirm personal or financial information, including bank account details, please do not take any action before confirming its authenticity with us. You can verify its legitimacy by calling your preferred contact at Draycott or at +351 21136 46 69.
