Resort located in a 17-hectare property in Comporta, with a hotel with 90 rooms, distributed between villas and individual rooms, indoor and outdoor restaurants and support facilities
Draycott’s investment then allowed for the purchase of the adjacent lot for the expansion of the hotel (+2x capacity), which construction is already undergoing, as well as the opening of a boutique hotel and a restaurant in Lisbon, and 2 restaurants in Comporta, including one with a concession at the beach. The development of further projects in other regions in Portugal is also under analysis
